Refund Policy

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by The BoldBoss Consultancy.

1. CAREER COACHING SERVICES

1.1 Scheduled Sessions: Once BoldBoss Consultancy has scheduled coaching sessions with the Client, these are considered confirmed appointments. Due to the impact on our ability to schedule other clients during these time slots, we do not offer refunds for booked sessions.

1.2 Missed or Cancelled Sessions: Sessions missed or cancelled by the Client will be subject to the following:

  • Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled to another mutually agreed time, subject to availability.
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed sessions without prior notice, will not be refunded or rescheduled.

1.3 Cancellations by BoldBoss Consultancy: If we need to cancel a session, we will offer  a reschedule at no additional cost.

2. CONSULTING SERVICES AND PACKAGES

2.1 Once consulting services or service packages have been purchased and work has commenced, no refunds shall be offered for completed work.

2.2 For multi-session packages, refunds for uncompleted sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, less a 40% administrative fee and the value of any completed sessions.

3. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

3.1 BoldBoss Consultancy reserves the right to terminate services and the Client-Consultancy relationship at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Threatening, abusive, or disrespectful behavior toward our team
  • Illegal or unethical conduct
  • Failure to comply with agreed terms of service
  • Non-payment or breach of payment terms

3.2 In the event of termination initiated by BoldBoss Consultancy, we will notify the Client in writing with the reason for termination. The termination shall be effective immediately or as specified in the notice.

3.3 In cases of termination due to Client misconduct, no refunds will be issued. In other cases, refunds for uncompleted services may be issued at the sole discretion of BoldBoss Consultancy.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1 All refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@theboldbossco.com and will be processed within 14-30 business days of approval.

4.2 BoldBoss Consultancy reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

4.3 This policy is governed by the laws of Kenya.
