Gloria’s strategy journey began in 2019, driven by a fascination with consumer psychology, brand equity, and the mechanics of buyer decision-making. What started as a deep dive into market dynamics evolved into founding The BoldBoss Consultancy in 2024.
Having advised over 70 executives, founders, and organizations, Gloria specializes in turning complex expertise into high-leverage executive and corporate brands. She works directly with decision-makers across East Africa and beyond to clarify unique value propositions, elevate strategic presence, and build market trust that converts into long-term commercial equity.
