90-minute strategy session: a live conversation covering what's working, what isn't, and the blind spots you can't see from the inside. You get specific recommendations on your narrative, positioning and where to focus.
Written summary and priorities: a clear recap of key findings and next steps, so nothing is lost after the call.
For leaders who want a complete plan, not just a diagnosis.
What's included:
Day 1: Audit and diagnosis. We examine your current brand, narrative and market position, and identify exactly where strategy and execution have drifted apart.
Day 2: Strategy build. We define your positioning, your core narrative and the opportunities you want your brand to attract.
Day 3: Roadmap. We turn the strategy into a practical plan, with priorities, milestones and clear next steps for your team or for us to take forward.
You finish with a written strategy and blueprint you can act on immediately.
The consult is 90 minutes. The sprint is three focused days. There will also be a 10 - 15 min max time spent when filling the application form.
2. Do I need to be active on social media?
No, you don't need to. Strategy comes first, and what to do about visibility is part of what we decide together.

4. What happens after?
